Arabian Deluxe
The Arabian Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground and first floor and offers best views of the lush landscaped gardens and meandering waterways. It has an area of 60 sq mt. It features large bedroom with lounge seating area, authentic Arabian furnishings, intricate detailing, luxurious room amenities, marble bathroom with walk-in rain shower and roll-topped bathtub; wide terrace and private butler service. It can occupy maximum 2 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12, or 3 Adults. (Below the age of 12, 2 children are free of charge.

Arabian Suites
It has an area of 130 sq.mt. The Arabian Suites are located on the first floor. It features large rooms comprising a lounge, dining area, a superb bedroom and spacious marble bathroom, two private terraces, luxurious in room amenities, exclusive shared pools, private butler service. Occupancy - maximum 2 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12, or 3 Adults. (Below the age of 12, 2 children are free of charge.

Gulf summer houses
It provides lavishly décor interior and exterior giving a glimpse of ancient Arab style structure and decorations. Arabian heritage is present in the exquisite designed summer houses.

Arabian Deluxe
All Arabian Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground and first floors to afford you the best views of the Resort's waterways. It has an area of 60 sq mts. It features large bedroom with lounge seating area, very large bathroom, private and secluded terrace with views of the Arabian Gulf, set amidst lush landscaped gardens, private butler service.

Arabian Suite
It is facing towards the glorious Al Qasr - the suites offer an aspect of impressive qualities, grace and heraldic splendor. The Arabian Suites are located on the first floor to afford you the best views of the Resort's picturesque meandering waterways. It has an area of 120 sq. mts . It features large bedroom and separate 'majlis' and spacious lounge area, 2 large terraces with views of the adjacent waterways.

Ocean Deluxe
These guest rooms are designed to reflect traditional Arabian themes. It has an area of 60sqmt. It features a large bedroom with lounge seating area, beautifully furnished in antique Arabian style, luxurious room amenities, lavish bathrooms.

Ocean Suite
It has an area of 120sqmt. It can provide accommodation for maximum 2 Adults and 2 Children below the age of 12, or 3 Adults. Below the age of 12, 2 children are free of charge.
All Ocean Suites are located on the first floor to ensure the best views of the Arabian Gulf. It features large bedroom and separate 'majlis' lounge, lavish bathroom, walk-in rain shower, luxurious in room amenities, 2 wide balconies offer superb beach side aspects, easy access to beach.
